Register Early—IT3 Camps are small, personalized events. To avoid disappointment we strongly suggest registering immediately after making your decision to attend. IT3 Camp is a big investment that is designed to make you or save you money in multiples of your investment. PLEASE CALL Jen Evans or Megan Smith at (513) 489-7575 with your questions about how IT3 Camps can be of value to you and your organization.

Investment is All-Inclusive–The IT3 Camp Investement is $3999. Your investment INCLUDES:

• Double occupancy lodging at DoubleTree Suites, located one mile from Kids First Sports Center.
  Add $300 for single occupancy.
• All ground transportation including airport transport to and from CVG (no need to rent a vehicle).
• All meals.
• The IT3 Camp manual specific to your IT3 Camp.
• FREE ‘Come Back & Hang Out Days’ for two years (you are responsible for hard costs).
• FREE two hours of followup consultation with your DL (Department Leader).
• PLUS!…bring a second or third person with you to attend the same IT3 Camp curriculum for a cost of only $1000 per person (no discounts may apply and this amount cannot be financed).

Customize your Investment:

• Bundle–Focus on two departments rather than one (in the same Camp)
  –add $500 to your registration
• Add-On–Add two hours to the end of your IT3 Camp to confer with any additional Department Leader
  –add $200 per Department

The following REGULAR DISCOUNTS always apply:

• (-) $200.00 OFF if registered 60 days before the start of camp.
• (-) $100.00 OFF if registered 59-30 days before the start of camp.
• (-) $200.00 OFF if you, personally, are a graduate of any IT3 Camp.
• (-) $200.00 if your organization’s owner or general manager is a BOOT CAMP graduate.

Please CONFIRM IT3 acceptance before booking airfare.  Please do not book non-refundable airfare until your registration has been confirmed.

In the Event Your Plans Change: Being a small, intimate event, IT3s ability to offer refunds is limited:

• 30 or more days in advance of the start of your IT3 Camp—100% Tuition refund.
• 15-29 days in advance of the start of your IT3 Camp—Tuition refunded minus a $500 cancellation fee.
• 0 -14 days in advance of the start of your IT3 Camp—Tuition refunded minus a $1000 cancellation fee.
